Thanks for your reply. I have added the line admins: cyrus to imapd.conf, but I'm not sure what you mean by "remove the hash key". I don't see anything that looks like a hash key in the config file. I'm still getting the error in my maillog when I try to send to [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Jul 29 10:30:28 bogomips lmtpunix[15812]: verify_user(user.fred^openill^com) failed: Mailbox does not exist Here is what I see as the cyrus user through cyradm: bogomips.uwinnipeg.ca> lm INBOX (\HasChildren) INBOX/user/fred.openill.com (\HasNoChildren) user/[EMAIL PROTECTED] (\HasNoChildren) bogomips.uwinnipeg.ca> It doesn't look quite right.
