I Just had a brief look at it.
Looks good so far.
The inputs are readonly at the moment and the filename is editaccount-new.
Inputs for first name and sure name are readonly because there is no
action defined for them (no changes in db).
I put it only to show where it can be. For 0.5.5 this can be remove and
return in 0.5.6 with other informations (phone, department).
I think it would be better to rename the file and action to
manageaccount.php or something similar.
