I found the problem:
In postfix/main.conf I had:
mailbox_transport =
fallback_transport = cyrus
so.. the mail was not send first to cyrus.
mailbox_transport = cyrus
fallback_transport =
Now it works fine.
I'm also looking to write some queries to local_recipient_map, so that
emails send to inexistent mailboxes are rejected directly from postfix and
not from cyrus. This way we can free some... unnecesarry traffic/resources.
Does anybody has this done??
Best regards,
Andy.

Create a cyrus mailbox for that user (which is different from the
unix-user) and create a alias for this user.
Like root: mailobox0001
in /etc/aliases;newaliases;
rgds
