I could be wrong but I dont believe sendmail supports mysql for aliases, forwards, etc.  you will have limited functionality with the web-cyradm and sendmail combination.  Also, using /etc/shadow isn't gonna work with web-cyradm either.  About 2 years ago I did sendmail with cyrus imapd 2.2.x , web-cyradm and fully qualified usernames using sasl auxprop mysql for authentication.  It was hell just getting it to function (had to hack up sendmail quite a bit) and when I was there I realized I couldn't do aliases or forwards.  I opted to use postfix even though I was a sendmail guy.

Hi! I have installed cyrus-imapd 2.2.12-11 configured with sendmail and auth on passwd/shadow. I use also sendmail.

In future I will use ldap authentication. And if needed I will also migrate users.
I have seen web-cyradm rc2 version enabled for ldap and I thought to use it.

Do you think it suites to me to administer server accounts?

Thank You.
