Usually the postmaster is sysadmin. To avoid that endusers get messages
with technical content domainadmins should not be allowed to have such a
account. Thats what the RESERVED variable is for.
The best solution is to put
postmaster: root
abuse: root
othersysaccounts: root
root: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
All postmasters of every domain gets now forwarded to root which will be
forwarded to the specified account.

Look at the bottom of your config/conf.php
# Define reserved Emailadresses (Separated by comma):
$RESERVED="postmaster,root";
Any of those cannot be created unless you remove it from the
$RESERVED variable.
