Hi, Just as I thought. This problem (duplicate names) could be avoided (or may I say this is a kind of workaround) if the code would check MySQL DB in the time of creation of the new account and give you the error code.... So may be you should add this to the patch, to make it more or less complete.
I hope this "freestyle" usernames and LDAP enabled web-cyradm features would go to maintree of web-cyradm.
