Wow, what a mess. You shouldn't be using saslpasswd2 to set/change the password for any of your users. However you need to paste your cyrus imapd.conf and your postfix main and master cf and also your tls smtpd.conf. Otherwise all we see is error messages and we have to guess at how you've configured (or misconfigured) things.
