where 192.168.0.10 is the server local network IP.
Look at:

I think you have a missconfiguration there... and that is why you cannot
login from web-cyradmin.
Try this:
run: saslpasswd2 cyrus command and give a password.
Give a different password into the mysql database for cyrus.
If after this you can login with:
cyradm --user cyrus --server localhost --auth login
then your cyrus configuration is OK. ... web-cyradmin should work too.
All processes must be running:
....
mysql
sasl
cyrus
postfix
apache etc

Take a look at the error:
fopen(web-cyradm-login.logweb-cyradm-login.log)... the filename is somehow
strange.
Try to set the logfile to /tmp/web-cyradm-login.log there 100% you have the
right to write.
But again, I don't think that this is the problem. Fopen does NOT kill the
script on error. That is why you get the fwrite and fclose after the fopen
error.
Can you manually login to cyrus???
Post us the following results:
netstat -an|grep LISTEN
cyradm --user cyrus --server localhost --auth plain !!!! >>> check if you
can login
cyradm --user cyrus --server localhost --auth login !!!! >>> check if you
can login
post us you cyrus configuration file also

The configuration seems top be OK.
I can login to cyradm. The only thing is I need to write to time the
passwort to login.

# touch /var/log/web-cyradm-login.log
# chown wwwrun /var/log/web-cyradm-login.log
# chmod 600 /var/log/web-cyradm-login.log
Cause it's really seems the web-cyradm-login.log problem.
