Hi,

I am new here and my name is Dennis. Seam like you guys have a good
thing going here.

I really like the postfix/cyrus combination but like to do LDAP
authentication. I saw that there might be an option for that.

I am going to set this up on Debian Sarge so I was going to use
apt-get but there isn't one for LDAP so I figure I install the mysql
auth one and make my modifications.
I saw that the original files have been moved to <filename>.org
Has someone kept a list of all the modifications?

By the way in the FAQ section I saw you guys replying to the question
Why MySQL and not LDAP?
1) Just auth with LDAP would safe every ldap fan. See if you use LDAP
for auth you can use the same user/password over all networks safe and
easy but you know that already. Even most CMS use LDAP now a days that
would really rock.

2) Also you are mentioning to use the Pam LDAP module can you explain
how that should work?

Let's say I have a 2000 users in my LDAP how is PAM going to help with
your mysql setup? Is there a way for pam mysql and pam ldap to make a
cross auth. Well as you can see I don't get it. Please explain, Thanks
in advance.
