I've added basic functionality for automatic folder creation (svn version
816). It needs one extra column in domain table (sql script attached). For
now it is available only for superadmin and there is no support for
non-english letters in folder names.
Thanks for Ryan Brown. Changes are based on his patches.
Tests are VERY welcome ;-)
