Details:
I experienced the same problem as described in bug #17747 in September.
Because I had no need to edit some existing domains in the last weeks I
havn't updated until today.
I downloaded the svn-trunk with timestamp of Oct 22 05:01 and replaced the
svn-trunk version from September with the version from today. But when I
edited one of my existing domains (setting the default quota which doesn't
existed before) I was caught by the same bug again: I got the error message
"domain or prefix exist" and an empty field prefix in the domain table
(manually inserting the domain name into the prefix field fixed it again).
I have DOMAIN_AS_PEFIX set to 1 in conf.php. I have checked editdomain.php to
make sure that the suggested fix from Lukasz Marciniak is in place.
