why posting two timest he same Text? Are you meaning that in this Way someone is answering faster? :-) The config File is in webcyradm/config/ folder! Which Version did you download? Sometimes the conf.php is named conf.php.dist to enshure, that the User is editing them before running webcyradm. In this case you only have to rename it and modify it to your needs.
