You should login with the user and password that have been specified in
/scripts/create_mysql.sql
INSERT INTO adminuser (username, password) VALUES ('admin', ENCRYPT('test'));
in this case with admin and test
Is the path to your DB.php (pear) in open_basedir? i had this problem after
upgrades of php.
