hmm Web-cyradm was nolt very debugging friendly, i remember.

Is it reachable (in the inculde path and/or openbasedir of php.ini?) - but i
guess that error should
be in error.log

I got redirected to the start page when i tried to login without db.php (you
have setup the
necessary users for web-cyradm?)
I use php5.2.1 + suhosin and mysql4, so the problem lies not on that site..
