Hello, I have installed Web-Cyradm on SuSE 10.2 with cyrus-sasl-2.1.22-28 and cyrus-sasl-saslauthd-2.1.22-27, postfix-2.3.2-28, invoked by MailScanner, running chrooted. Everything works fine and stable, - until I restart the server - or just saslauthd: After restart of saslauthd pop and imap users can log in, smtp clients fail to authenticate:
These are the two errors shown in the logs: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: generic failure SASL authentication failure: cannot connect to saslauthd server After restarting services postfix, saslauthd, cyrus for several times smtp users can autenticate again.
