Or, if you can't afford the bandwidth, at least wrap your news items in appropriately classed divs so that someone else can easily scrape out the content using XSLT and make their own RSS feed of the news items.
Development of HURD is so glacially slow, and with so little useful product to show for it, that you can't really expect people to regularly check back to the website to see what the current status is. All the more reason to bend over backwards to maintain the interest of people like myself, who would actually like to see the project succeed.
