In my WSGI implementation for Nginx I started with the 2.0 draft, since the code flow is more simpler. However, now that I have implemented 1.0, it's a bit hard to add support for 2.0. Moreover I'm not very interested in 2.0 now, since I want first experiment with the asynchronous extension for 1.0 (pause_output) to see if something good can be done with it.
