Your question is somewhat ambiguous.  Do you want to run web2py on the 
iPhone or are you wondering if pages made in web2py will view correctly 
on the iPhone?

According to Gizmodo, Python runs on the iPhone.  If there is sufficient 
threading and socket support then, Yes, you can serve webpages from your 
iPhone using web2py.

Now do web2py pages view correctly in mobile Safari?  That heavily 
depends completely on the pages made by the authors rather than web2py 
itself.  Perhaps you're wondering about the admin interface.  I don't 
have access to an iPhone, so I can't help you there.  But here are two
