I know this is strictly off-topic but I came to python thru web2py. Two weeks ago I knew nothing about either.
My bibles over the years have always been from O'Reilly - "Programming Perl" and "Java in a Nutshell" - but one has to have an open mind. I have been programming a long time and I still like to have a book for a language. Ideally, something that explains the essence and is a reference for the core stuff. If I buy one Python book which should it be? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py Web Framework" group.
