When you "make app" you are creating an executable OS/X application from
your environment that you will distribute to others.

If this is what you are trying to do, then you are heading in the right
direction - and you will need to resolve how to configure and build this
from your box.

If you want go-to-first-field.focus() update for your use in development,
then just run from source - either get a zipped up / tar-balled up package,
or get a copy using svn (from the google code location) or bzr (from the
launchpad location).
