One option for "specs" - write up a document on docs.google.com, and
share it openly (so it can be linked to) - use that URL in your
blueprints

- can do as feature details in a spreadsheet (ick!);
- can do as a "word" document (hmmm.....);
- can do as a Presentation Slide set (ah! ;-);

Your versions are kept on docs.google.com, so you can roll back,
revise per comments etc.   not a bad option for one (or a few) people
developing specs.
