I'll implement the ticketing feature on GAE if nobody else gets to it before I do. It's not a super high priority for me, but I'll probably implement it within the next few months. I'll make it available to everyone when I'm done. I've also got a partial fix for the appadmin (database administration) so that it now mostly works on GAE.
