In http://www.bitbucket.org/yarko/web2py-t2/ there is (up-right of page) a download link which provides 3 files: zip, gz, bz2. Right? They all are around 2,7 Mb but don't install. That one on http://mdp.cti.depaul.edu/examples/static/web2py.app.plugin_t2.tar, is about 12 Mb and installs (but reset password don't work.
