sorry I messed up something today. The build process is tedious and error prone.
I reposted 1.43.5 today. I will be away from my server from 3 weeks. If anybody wants to take over the build process for windows I would very much appreciate it. This mainly involves being responsive (12-24hrs), maintain a clean python install, run py2exe, test the outcome, send me back the .exe.
