also, if I open http://127.0.0.1:8000/test/matplotlib/simple being simple() the function that provides the PNG data, the view matplotlib/simple.html does not seem to be used at all: the browser only show the figure, without any other element or formatting from matplotlib/simple.html: is that an intended behavior or am I again missing something?
