Here's what I suggest: try downloading a fresh copy of web2py and uploading it without modification to GAE. If there is a problem, you will know that it is with that version of web2py. If there is no problem, then this is a good start. Next, take your personal app code and add it to the web2py build, while making as few changes as possible. Upload to the server and see if it still works. P.S. Did you use the source code version of web2py? When uploading to GAE, you *must* use the platform-independant, source code version of web2py.
