So I googled "crop a pdf" and found this:
http://www.pdfill.com/pdf_tools_free.html

If you would like to crop down your manual, I used the measurements:
Left: 0.35"
Right: 1.55"
Bottom: 1.45"
Top: 0.45"

It's not resized to a standard size but it still prints out very nicely
for me.
