try edit wsgihandler.py and replace this line

path=os.path.dirname(os.path.abspath(__file__))

with

path='/bla/bla/bla'

where

'/bla/bla/bla' should be the absolute path to your web2py folder '/.../
web2py/'

and make sure you have the folder gluon in there.
