Sort of, yes (you define points and assign pages to them, but these
can be wildcarded, optional, etc). If you drew the graph for all pages
(which you can do yourself as google can generate the raw data in csv
format), it would be ridiculously large and cluttered even for medium-
sized sites (been there, done that :). Two more major problems with
user tracking analytics are that sites are often change in time, and
that the site itself does not know about the possible 'routes' between
the pages (or how they change(d) over time). Google fights this with
the funnel approach - while page content and addresses can change, the
procedure itself usually doesn't.
