Actually no, I moved the web2py folder somewhere else,worked on my project for a while then noticed said weirdness, moved it back to where it was but still problem remains. As I said there's no data I need in the db so I figure wiping it would be faster than trying to diagnose and fix the error. I take it from the procedure above 'truncate' would do this?
