I have bought the (printed) web2py book (editions 3rd and 4th) from Lulu, and my note is that the black & white printouts are much less attractive from the web css book layout. The coloring helps understanding the syntax as well. I wish the printed book could look as nice as the web version... I once printed some chapters in a color printer to have this nice layout. Couldn't the Lulu book follow a better printing style?
