Angelo, Put it on a USB memory stick and take it to a professional copy shop. If they have a Canon or Ricoh machine the device actually looks for the framing marks and prints the interior content full page.
Your ability to do it at home will depend on the printer you have access to. If it supports cropping you can do it. But if all you have is an inkjet printer take it to the copy shop. The costs for a book that size would cost more than you purchasing it from Lulu.
