Can you send us a minimal example to reproduce this issue? The debugger uses the standard python debugger infrastructure (bdb), the same used by pdb. It should work correctly, but sometimes there are some subtle glitches maybe related to bdb. If you press continue, do you hit the breakpoint correctly?
