I did a patch in the MSSQLAdapter.represent function. This is the only 
format working for me. But it is obviously not a good way to implement an 
own dateformat.


        elif fieldtype == 'datetime':
            if isinstance(obj, datetime.datetime):
                obj = obj.isoformat()[:19]
            elif isinstance(obj, datetime.date):
                obj = obj.isoformat()[:10]+' 00:00:00'
            else:
                obj = str(obj)
