auth = Auth(db)
auth.define_tables(username=False, signature=False)
auth.settings.registration_requires_verification = False
auth.settings.registration_requires_approval = False
auth.settings.reset_password_requires_verification = True

that's all i have for auth.

i just run into this error again right now on a test server running centos 
6.4, apache with mod_wsgi. most likely restarting apache will fix it.

any comment on how can i trace out the problem?
