Thanks for continuing to work this - it is really helpful, important!

Now that I see the list growing, what do you think about ordering it by the
most accessible / most important pointers first?

As for putting this on the wiki:  I would put this on the examples page
(eventually) for 2 reasons:

It is one of the "official" places of the latest & greatest info;
It is also part of your web2py download (therefore you have it even if
you're not connected to the net for the moment).

Also - as we see how much info there is, and where it is, we can start
categorizing it: what kind of info where, and also rating it.   This will
help the starting structure of the community manual (organized by "kinds of"
info).
