Well - that's how you get sphinx to include the rst sources, and enter a
toc...

The question of what is appropriate to add, what needs updating, what is out
of date, what belongs grouped together...

This is simple mechanics - but there will still be a LOT of work to do after
the simple mechanics (fortunately, then it will be mostly writing!  thanks
for your efforts, Tim)
