I am interested in your project. I am doing a similar project myself but for flexible learning delivery. My rate is US$44 per hour. I am based in New Zealand so the exchange rate is great for anyone in the USA. I am at a moderate level of web2py knowledge. You will find I have been on this group for about 8 months.
