Hello, I would check here before open a issue. To me, autodelete=True or even without should clear the old file in case it is replaced on form update, no??
I mean, if I am have a file for a given upload type field and I change the file, it should be replaced not stay on FS for ever. At least autodelete=True should inforce it?! I didn't test this with a field that don't use uploadseparate=True thought, so maybe this issue only exist in this case.
