this is my URI

this is the error I get:
Error: ('01000', "[01000] [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib 'SQL Server'
: file not found (0) (SQLDriverConnect)")
I have pyodbc and all installed.. I tried changing the pool_size to
20..nothing...Tried using the hostname instead of the IP, nothing..
