Any I would be interested in learning about your development appraoch. Especially when replacing the monstrous spreadsheets, it can get difficult as everyone is so used to them so that it's hard to convince them to use something else. Even if they know that these are buggy. Seriously, do you have a certain UI? Like wizards, table grids?
