I need different application behaviour between instances running on appengine and running locally.
e.g., I'm embedding the domain name in emails: either: http://127.0.0.1:8000/app or http://1.latest.domainname.com/app or http://www.domainname.com/app where in web2py would you recommend I set "an instance flag?
