There is no class Config in gluon/tools.py. I have also tried upgrading on several copies of this folder, with the same result each time. I have tried restarting the web server. I am going to assume that the upgrade is somehow incomplete, but I do not think this is due to the connection being cut unexpectedly, since I have repeated several times with the same result.
