There are two problem here. One is that these fields: <input value="783531473471" type="hidden" name="_formkey" /> <input value="default" type="hidden" name="_formname" />
are web2py fields so they are not necessary if you post to a PHP action. The other, and major, problem is with this action= "/var/www/en/gps/connect.php" That cannot be. That is a OS path, it is not a URL. The action must be the URL associated to the php page. In order to have a URL for it you must serve PHP pages. If the page resides on the same server, you must have a web server configured to serve both web2py and php pages.
