Please, indicate your OS and navigator ir order to reproduce this problem,
I use Debian and.Windows with Chrome and Firefox and dont crash (I test
with version 16 of codemirror, new version is 18, I dont test this version)

Is necesary say "Stupid" to this? This option works in html edit mode of
codemirror, and is great improvement (at least for me), because do
autoclose for html tags.
