OK I think I solved it. I don't know why this works but it does.
Basically you can only say "*{{include 'web2py_ajax.html'}}*" in you views
once, so if your view extends another one it shouldn't have "*{{include
'web2py_ajax.html'}}*" in it again. Maybe someone smarter than me can say
why it does this. I'm just glad its working as expected again.
