Heck, even his "address" listed on his website is nothing more than
the
address of teh Palo Alto US Post Office.

Granted, but he is using a Post Office box. So it would be proper to
use the address as presented. That being said, if he is a fraud and
uses the mails in any way, he could have the US postal inspectors
looking into their business practices.
