Hi Danny,
Use/Create a translation file en-he, and all will be done for you. After
that, use all your text with a T() tag.
Field('message', 'text', label=*T*('Inquiry Message'), default='')
There will be no issues:
http://beauty-spots.com/inquire (Just spotted that first field wasn't
translated, but the rest is).
