I have a table with multiple list:string fields, like

db.define_table("problem",
  # ... many other fields
  Field("a", "list:string"),
  Field("b", "list:string"),
  Field("c", "list:string"),
  # ... many other fields
)

SQLFORM renders nice widgets for each of the fields with little + and -
buttons. Now, what I'd like to have is a (custom) form with a single pair
of + and - buttons which adds/removes a row with three inputs for a, b and
c simultaneously.

Where can I find the jQuery code which adds the input fields, and how are
the inputs identified so that the form validators accept it?
