Hmmm... Your issue may come form there... I notice that web2py need all the
default folder in app to be there to work properly...

app/controllers
app/cron
app/databases
app/errors
app/languages
app/models
app/modules
app/private
app/sessions
app/static
app/uploads
app/views

Are they all there (in your prod)?
